Aside from the annual rate increases for no apparent reason when we don't have claims, we hadn't had much negative interaction with Allstate and Ada. However, that all changed when we filed an auto collision claim and the insured was listed as a DECEASED family member! WTF? Seriously? He's been gone for over 5 years and was NEVER, EVER on any of our insurance policies.
