Needs to improve on loyalty. Needs to improve on the way he handles situations and improve on how to communicate with others. I don't recommend this agency because he is only worried about himself. You cannot have a successful agency with only you in mind. He once told me something was done and 2 weeks later told me I shouldve done it myself. I have experienced better agencies.
