Aaron's office is always easy to work with and helpful in understanding our insurance needs. We've been working with his office for over 20 years and have been Allstate customers for over 30. It's a reliable company.
Called to complain that the company did not pay my claim and I had to pay in full both to the body shop and the rental car company. He said “well that’s Allstate, I’m not Allstate”!!! Pass the buck in other words…would have been nice to hear “I’m sorry, I’ll take care of that for you”!!!!
