Never use at all! I had a reserved limo pickup and a minibus at the airport. Then, back to the airport in a limousine that was about to blow up! and departed from the incorrect terminal! Taxis were required to get to the correct terminal. Don't Read Anything! Never make a reservation! Read the reviews, as everyone says. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I booked a sedan to go from NYC to Newark they sent an old beat up mini van with an Asian driver that didn't speak english. The quote on their app was for $180 but we had three suitcases and three carry on roll aways that would have fitted in the sedan The driver called the base and said Cutomer Bags extra so after the dipatch said what?!? Four times he asked to talk to me to inform me there will be an extra $40 dollar charge!!!! Arrived at JFK and driver told me had to pay toll and tip upfront. He decided what his tip was going to be. When try to complain online their system is geared to wear you down by saying your trip reference is not recognised so you give up. Avoid at all costs....😂😂
