Been trying to get help for 10 months with my truck. Why am I expected to take care of the details when I am paying you? I am very busy, and do not have the time to play insurance guy. That is your job. Very disappointed.
Customer service has repeatedly been rude over the phone to both my wife and myself. Had them for years and but as of the last 2-3 they have been quick with the impatience and snappy with us when we have questions. Not sure what changed (besides our constantly rising bill) but I hope they find better workers with better social skills in the future.
