My agent, Adria Brown, has worked with me for more than three decades, and is outstanding! When my condo policy deductibles changed, she quickly provided accurate information and explained it clearly so I can understand the policy. Signing documents electronically and returning them to Allstate on time was easy. Whether I have needed help with my home or car, she has always been responsive and on point! Bravo Zulu to Adria Brown – the best Allstate agent I have ever worked with.
I had the greatest agent, kind, patients, caring. It was too expensive for me specially without road service. Retired and don’t drive much. I had this insurance on 2014,15 too.Reccomend them to everybody. Very professional company.
Ms Brown is very professional and helpful She is very kind and is always helping her customers .
Highly recommend. Adria Brown has been my agent for over 10 years. Great service!
