Wish we could give zero stars. We had Allstate since before we were married in 2012 with no claims we switched to another company for a couple years but they dropped us due to not covering our state anymore. We went back to Allstate and in the space of 18 months we had a 9 year old van stop on the interstate whensomething launched through the engine and it smoldered for a short time. Alex was very responsive and helpful both over the phone and via email. He explained the various dials and made meaningful recommendations for my situation. My previous homeowners insurance provider jacked up the price significantly two years in a row, but I was able to get a good bundle of auto+home with better declarations at a much lower cost.
One thing I liked about Adam, is his persistent as he keep asking every year when my annual policy was due for renewal. I worked with him every year and this year his quote was best among all the insurance companies. He is great to work with and I will highly recommend him.
When I needed Adam to contact me about a home insurance emergency he contacted me immediately and made every effort to resolve our very important issue. I highly recommend Adam Mangold from AllState.
He mails outs ads for home insurance with an appealing estimate. Then I waste a bunch of time getting a quote that is literally 4 times higher than the estimate. This is either incompetence or deliberate misrepresentation. Either way I don't trust someone like this and I do not appreciate the lack of respect for my time.
