Received a letter with a homeowners insurance quote, so I followed up via email—only to be told it was computer-generated and didn’t actually mean anything. I then requested a car insurance quote and was directed to a “secure” email that contained a questionnaire, despite already providing plenty of information. Tried to complete it, but never even got the security key needed to access it! The whole process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Adam of Allstate is a wonderful insurance agent! I didn't originally go with Allstate when I bought my home, I went with a cheaper agency at the time - but Adam continued to follow up with me annually to see if I might be interested in changing providers.
