One thing I liked about Adam, is his persistent as he keep asking every year when my annual policy was due for renewal. I worked with him every year and this year his quote was best among all the insurance companies. He is great to work with and I will highly recommend him.
When I needed Adam to contact me about a home insurance emergency he contacted me immediately and made every effort to resolve our very important issue. I highly recommend Adam Mangold from AllState.
He mails outs ads for home insurance with an appealing estimate. Then I waste a bunch of time getting a quote that is literally 4 times higher than the estimate. This is either incompetence or deliberate misrepresentation. Either way I don't trust someone like this and I do not appreciate the lack of respect for my time.
Adam is helpful and responsive, works hard to educate the customer and finds a solution to meet their needs. Low pressure sales approach.
Received a letter with a homeowners insurance quote, so I followed up via email—only to be told it was computer-generated and didn’t actually mean anything. I then requested a car insurance quote and was directed to a “secure” email that contained a questionnaire, despite already providing plenty of information.
