Speaking with allstate...they lie.....one person said that my premium would be one thing. But the bill came out different. The past 5 years. They have increase my payment each year by 20 dollars. I have no accidents or any tickets on my records. I had 2 missed payment in the 5 years due to the costs of literally everything going up. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with Joe! I don't think, over the course of the years, I have ever had to remind myself to follow up with him on any requests or messages I have left for him! Joe is patient, reliable, knowledgeable and polite! He is like family! The ONLY other person that has the same values and excellent work ethics is his Dad, Lawrence, whom we had the pleasure to work with many years ago!
