They lie. We bought a house there in Rockport thru a mortgage co. We needed insurance, went thru them, paid for it at closing. Weeks later they say cannot insure it for the required amount, so now we have to find another policy, and this place is saying we are the ones cancelling the policy, we're not, and they want to keep part of the money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JOSHUA CROW ALLSTATE INS. if you can't afford to be screwed out of money.
