Had a fun time in there today
Tony is borderline impossible to get a hold of. I was a customer for many years and this was my experience for most of that. At one point I had to drive down to the office unannounced to get any response. In late 2023 Tony started charging half of the policy upfront at the beginning of the payment cycle which is very inconvenient In 2024 my rate was raised 30% even though I had no coverage changes and no violations or accidents. I'm trying to get clarity on this price increase, I called repeatedly and was never called back. ... read more

I have been working with Tony’s branch since I moved out to Cali back in 2018. He is wonderful and attentive, very easygoing and helps you resolve any glitches in the system.
