RIP OFF!!!!!! This place is Horrible!!! I bought a Honda S2000 there a while ago. The finance manager told me that I could take it home and if I didnt like it I could return it and I could find another car. Now me being young and dumb...I believed him. Well this is where I really messed up and learned my lesson. He said that I could sign all the paperwork and he will just keep it in his drawer over night. If I called and said that I liked the car he would process the paperwork, If I didnt like the car I could return the car ... read more
I won't go back Wide selection of vehicles. Toyota service center for a oil change. 3 hours later the car was ready. They were upset with themselves and gave me a feebie for next time.
Dealership Nightmare There are so many problems I don't even know were to begin. Upon looking back at the dealings with Antioch Toyota I am bewildered. First they tried to sell us a lemon in September 2008. They agreed to sell us a 96 Ford Taurus on the back of there lot. We paid $2000 down and agreed to pay $1000 the next week and another $1000 the following week. They said if we came in the day of post date of each $1000 check and made the $1000 payment they would give us back the check. But when we went in to make the pay... read more
ANTIOCH TOYOTA is pushy... I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you are ready right this second to buy a car... right now. I told the salesman I was just looking at the options they had for newer used cars. He started talking about going inside to talk about prices before I could even test drive anything. I left after about 20 minutes of being there.
