I was lied to by an agent named Raul who gave me false advice about my policy now I’m screwed and forced to pay a double payment, when I called in to see why my policy was so high they told me that his advice was a complete lie! Never again I don’t recommend ALLSTATE I’m switching to AAA.
Great Insurance Agent!!! This has been my agent for years. These are real people doing the work in Arcadia. I've never been told to call the generic phone number if I have a question. They always answer my questions either immediately or will respond when they have the answer! Hard to find this type of dedication.
