Allstate claims suck. It took me 2 minutes to get police report on accident and alstate hasn't gotten it in two weeks. Their client was at fault, so over 2 weeks, can't get rental vehicle because they can't determine liability. Can't get the two baby seats replaced because they can't determine liability.
