I had the best experience with my Allstate Agent Misty Gattin. She was extremely Knowledgeable and Helpful getting me all set up with Auto / And Homeowners ins. I would recommend them to anyone needing insurance.
Very friendly and professional staff. I feel they are very honest and great to work with. Kevin was very nice and answered all our questioned and followed up with us.
Not too happy that I had to pay a penalty for $75 to OKC because the Carlisle Agency did not cancel my policy with them per an email I had sent back on 8/31 that I was moving to OKC on 9/5. I did not change my insurance, it is still through Allstate. I will be filing a complaint with the TX Dept of Insurance as this has cost me unnecessarily.
Expensive
Canceled my policy and you still keep billing me. Only $120 of a $360 bill was covered for road side assistance. Won't be using allstate again!
