The Paul Sanchez : Allstate office are awesome team work in attending customer service and assisting one with concerns and/or claims making it as smooth as possible. Yes I might pay a bit more or less but I rest assured that I am covered in good hands by a courtesy and professional staff .
Always friendly and accommodating. Helped me save nearly $100. On my car insurance. I loved that.
Called Allstate in December to try to bring my premium payment lower (went from $56 to $96 for liability). Allstate representative told me she can lower my premium if they took my mileage down and for me to call back in 2 months later to give Allstate my mileage again so they can see that I don't drive as often as I used to when I opened the policy.
