This is a necessary evil. I don't like insurance. There's a not fair aspect to it. This Allstate agent was very good. We had just a couple of hiccups but they ironed it out.
Always helpful and friendly
I just spoke to the receptionist at this office about one of there client's harassing my 86 year old grandmother asking "where's my settlement" and she had the nerve to ask me if the accident was my fault and then told me they wouldn't do anything about it and literally hung up on me.
I have had nothing but good support from Michelle Muse Allen's office. They work with me to provide the best insurance price for car and home coverage. Jay is always polite and helpful. Returns calls when I have a question about my rates.
