I have been in different insurance companies and had not yet found somewhere I could actually become stable. I moved to allstate about 2 years ago I was referred by a friend and after paying so much and with high deductibles with progressive I lowered my payment about 50 bucks and with low deductible the service is real nice and they have a real convenient way of reaching out to them you can text, call or email them great service!!!

Unbelievable customer service. They really look out for me and give me personal attention. They are always finding ways to save me money with the discounts that Allstate offers. They show appreciation to their loyal customers. I have been with this agency for 10 years and don't ever plan on leaving. I highly recommend this agency.
thieves! thieves ! thieves ! is all I can say. This place has the worst costumer services. I have called over a dozen times to make changes to my account and they keep promising me a "CALL BACK". I honestly don't think they know the meaning of a call back because I have NEVER got one. I made the switch to gieco and I have been extremely happy.
