every time i call this agent, i get transfered to the 1-800 number that as a dealer, will not help me out. I tried 3 times during the listed business hours to no avail. wish i was not transfered and was actually able to talk to the agency
I called a month ago to change contact information for my Aunt's policy after she passed away. I never received a bill and then got a text that they are cancelling her homeowners policy. When I tried calling the agency I got a representative overseas who could not assist. If you are looking to be "In good Hands" do NOT use this agency as they do not provide service to their clients but outsource it to save money. Despicable to say the least.
excellent service. always answers my questions. her office is close to my home i like the fact that i can see the office personally
Nothing but problems. Definitely plan on switching my policy to Progressive or State Farm soon. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!
