excellent service. always answers my questions. her office is close to my home i like the fact that i can see the office personally
Nothing but problems. Definitely plan on switching my policy to Progressive or State Farm soon. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!
Claim has taken over 12 days to get a decision on a vehicle that should be a total loss. Still don't have one as of now! Also the app said vehicle was moved to their auto shop, when it wasn't for about 3 days. It is now, but this is taking too long!
