RecommendedAfter a harrowing experience at a car wash that damaged both the front and back of my car, I called Allstate 800 number to report. All agents were more than helpful. Received a letter in the mail today from Aaron. He sold me a car in 2011 and retained my information from Rensselaer Honda, where he was previously employed. Aaron has used this information to solicit potential clients for his business, which I believe to be immoral if not illegal. If he retains information, why wouldn't he also sell this information to the companies out there who are buying it? I do not approve at all and I think potential customers should be aware of this too.
