I had very bed experiance i was trying to add one more car to my policy and i called my agent 100 times and i left 20 voicemails i send 10 emails in 15 days he called me back one time and after 1 min on the phone with me he told me he got call to to take and hang up on me so i had to add my second car by myself at Allstate website.
