The worst insurance agent and office we have ever worked with. Non responsive, never picks up his phone and when we’ve had issues literally gone to his office and lights are off and no one present. Useless.
My Parents were with allstate since they were married back in the 1960"s. Dan became their agent I think going back 20 years and he became my agent about that time. Dan has always been very helpful when I needed advice or when I have questions about my policy. I would recommend him.
