Customer service, promptness of claims being resolved, treated fairly , not incurr the cost of certain things that Allstate doesn't want to pay for , fair value of vehicle , multiple adjusters , due diligence to all parties involved.
When I received my new premium I noticed that the price had increased dramatically. When I called to ask why, it was explained in terms that anyone can understand and pleasantly. A lot of time when you call a place to ask a question about billing you are greeted with someone who sounds like they have more important things to do than service a customer.
