I have been so thankful to work with Tonias allstate office. We recently had an accident with another vehicle that hit my husband's truck and ended up totalling it. We had full coverage on it thank the lord and all the people at the office where genuinely concerned asking if he was Ok and making sure to get the ball rolling quickly. So grateful for Tonia and her team. Tonia and the Entire Staff are Wonderful to work with. They do there Best to help you with your questions and concerns. They honestly work for you to lower your premiums without losing Coverage. I have never been in the office My Excellent Service was Conducted over the phone.
