If I could give no stars I would. My biggest issue is having an Absentee Agent and or Agency... the only reason I have not left this Agency right now is because Allstate gives me such a hard time in requesting a new Agent or Agency over the phone. This is preventing me from selecting an Agent or Agency closer to my home. This year, My rates were raised and after several phone calls and electronic requests for a call to discuss my increase...nothing. I am really considering leaving Allstate all together.
