Double charged us this month, called and emailed for 2 days with no response. Still havent gotten our month refunded. We had to file a complaint with the BBB to even get a call back

Allstate is the best insurance place in Enterprise I have been with them several years now an the staff is very friendly an always seem eagered to get the best deal you are truly in good hands with Allstate.

I have been with Allstate's Paul Dasso firm for decades! I get immediate responses and assistance when needed. They also check my account to see if there are additional ways to save. I would have changed to an agent closer to my home, but no need. Everything is successfully accomplished via email or phone calls. I give his office a big 5 out of 5.
AVOID Chris Weatherman and his agency! ZERO STARS! I have had Allstate insurance and Chris weatherman as the agent for both auto and property for over 30 years. This year I had to file my first ever property claim due to a hail storm. I am struggling to get my home repaired and paid for by Allstate. I have been a customer of Melissa's for a few years now. Excellent service nice friendly staff. Love my dishwasher I bought a few years back. Looking forward to my new ice maker. Always the first place I call when in need of Appliances.
DO NOT USE HER! She is a racist, ignorant woman with poor customer service. She called me a "girl", my dad a "boy" and stated she doesn't know my name stating "what's your name Tawanda". She assumed my name was Tawanda because I am a black women! She threatened to physically put me out of the office. She stated "she has a lot of best friends who are black."
