Mardi was simply outstanding!!! I had a problem (SUPER HIGH premium increases) and she found me AFFORDABLE and BETTER coverage than I had before AND for LESS money!!!! Dannys office is respectful and very helpful, always understanding. Even when a girl ran through a parking lot right into my car fender. While I was sitting still looking for a space... Lol. I was concermed for HER and my car. She was fine till she got home to mom. Then the phone calls were not nice. Been with this guy for many many years.Years ago my son tapped a lady in parking lot and the damage was definitely under $1000 ,besides that one occurrence we have never had and other accidents,DUIs or major driving infractions and my 2 sons have now moved out and have the own policies with different companies.this lowlife company was charging my wife and i close to $6000 a year on minimum liability.I have all of a 1 mile commute and my wife is a homemaker.This is where they fleece people like myself that work many hours and... read more

I went in for a quote and to see about getting a new car as well and was treated with hostility and bigotry by the staff inside the allstate insurance group. Never again will i use Paul Cerame or allstate!

Avoid this place like the plague. His staff made a lot of errors on my policies when I transferred them from out of state, which caused a tangled web of billing problems (now even 6 months after transferring). My new agent now has to clean up Chris Weatherman's agency's messes.
