Workers there tell you anything to appear they're doing their job( I guess in front of their boss). Always misinformation. One occasion I called in about my medical coverage and they said I didn't have any. I thought this odd bc I try to get decent coverage. Anyway, months later, I received a letter of apology stating I DID have medical coverage. However, it was too late to even claim. I had coverage on my car for 13 yrs and never received a reduction. I'm going thru multiple claims from a flood event and I have never felt more abandoned by a company I pay to protect me then imaginable. Taking multiple days to communicate next steps, very quick to communicate what they will not pay for, but just took them 5 days to tell me I have to get my own contractor to tell them what needs done. Like just get a lawyer this is a joke.
Everyone has been very nice and friendly anytime I stopped in or called. I haven't had to use my insurance so can't say if all my needs were met but I do feel confident they are all covered.
