The WORST experience I have ever had with an insurance agent. He is NEVER in his office, does not return phone calls, and if you have a claim he disappears. You will spend HOURS on the phone with 1-800 numbers talking to people who speak very poor English and James Wallace will be ZERO help. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT.
