We were looking to transfer my daughter's car to her after she got a job in Nashville, TN after she graduated. We got a referral from a friend in KY for NIG. We started working with Hannah and she was GREAT! She was very patient, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable on getting things setup correctly. They had a GREAT rate, and we even added renters insurance. Hannah is an A+++++++.
I have been insured with Farmers Ins. for over 40 years. After continual price hikes, I shopped around for more cost effective insurance. Allstate has acceptable pricing but it was Hannah South and her vast knowledge of her products that sold me. I highly recommend Hannah and this agency.
