I put in a request to end the insurance in December, I never got a response back and they took my payment out so I called later in December to verify that I would still be active and Jeanine said yes until 6/25 and even mailed my cards out to me which I got in early January. Today I found out that my coverage has actually been inactive since December 17 and now my new insurance was increased due to lapse in covered which could have been avoided if I would have received a notification via phone call, text, or email.
Always very helpful, they respond quickly to questions and do their best to keep pricing reasonable.
We have been with Allstate 40 plus years . Nancy Roozen has always been very helpful in finding us lowest rates and the right coverage . Highly recommend this office ! 5 stars
