Hi Everyone, tired of dealing with insurance call centers that can never get your issue solved and you repeat your story to 9 different people only to find out that you are getting transferred to 10th person who may or may not be able to help you. Call Ben Witter and his team and you will have none of that. They are a local office and you can always talk with the same person. I started off working with Dom who did an excellent job because had a lot of changes coming over from USAA since they are not veteran friendly anymore.... read more
Very informative patient and kind. She answered all my questions politely and made me feel heard and respected.
What a waste of paper and ink. I understand it is some form pieces of paper that require heavy lines and enormous spacing. It's enough to make me automatically not choose Allstate. I didn't have this issue with any other insurance company I have been looking into. I'll never download a proposal again. I'll wait for the snail mail hard copy.
