I was having $ issues with my renewal premiums for this years (2025) policies. I had not yet been assigned an Allstate agent at this point and wasn’t able to speak with an agent. I selected this agency and spoke with Ben and he was able to reduce my Home Owners premium and adjust Auto Insurance coverage limits to protect my home in case of an at fault claim. Had an issue with auto I.D cards but Job Montesdeoca was very helpful. got cards with know problem e-mailed. issue resolved.
Sending misleading, unsolicited junk mail is unethical, needy and not green at all. Be better...
Poorly managed organization. I had to cancel my policy twice because someone in the office failed to document my cancelation call the first time. I made my final payment over the phone with my debit card twice and then they sent this bill to collections. I paid the collection agency and two weeks later I get another letter from this office stating that the payment didn't go through. But my bank statement reflects that this payment has now cleared my account 3 times ?????? It's less than $30 so I just continued to pay it, but... read more
