Do NOT deal with other this company , Gerald Came to appraise the house , was not even there for 10 min, had to call to get my report , 4 days later , report Was in accurate, said I had 2.5 bath, have 4 total , said I have no attic , he was either drunk or didn’t really care , Did a comparable to houses tht are 1200 sqf smaller , than u have Erin screening your calls after thy screw u, stay away from them !
