Folks, I have been a 20+ year, loyal customer and have always utilized autopay, have had very few claims, and have referred countless new policies. Recently, we had fraud on our accounts, a parent diagnosed with cancer, a grandparent passed away. In that time, protection stopped payments. They called phone numbers never associated with the account and canceled my account. They then went on to say they now can’t reinstate or offer coverage because sure of the lapse.
