Update: 1 year later 8/2023… still having problems being charged monthly and the man I spoke with today put me on hold to never come back. Then he called my college-aged son and told him he’s not dealing with me even though my son didn’t even know what was going on. At this point we’ve lost several hundred dollars but I’m hoping they finally got smart enough to stop our monthly payments going forward! Terrible experience.
I have had a terrible experience with Roger and his colleague that I spoke with from this office. Roger seems nice but wrote our policies wrong and they were inaccessible so we had to call Allstate customer service to get it resolved. Now we have multiple policies, paying for all of them, and they won’t remove the ones Roger did we don’t need. They however charged my account the entire year instead of the month. And it took 4 people to get to a customer service rep who could even help. The man with whom I spoke to at Roger’s... read more
