When speaking on the phone with Mark he seemed knowledgeable and was friendly. I set up a total of 4 appointments with him each time he was a no-call no-show. When he finally called the next day after our appointment I agreed to reschedule understanding his circumstances. After the fourth appointment no-call no-show I just finally gave up and moved on to the next contractor.
