Jeremy is amazing! I spent over a year trying to figure out what to do about the mirror above my new mantle. The style of mirror I wanted ranged from $2,000 to $10,000. Fortunately, I found a frame to go over the mirror, and Jeremy installed everything—saving me thousands of dollars. Everyone at Allstate is wonderful to work with, especially Taylor and Jennifer. I had a windshield replaced last February. I was very happy with the level of customer service and professionalism of everyone at Allstate. Especially Dave. Last week I got in my truck after work and noticed a large crack that I knew was not caused by an something hitting it. I knew the glass was still under warranty. Needed a windshield replaced and they had me on the schedule that same week. Amazing customer service with an absolute flawless job done on my car. The technician Dave was a wonderful help. I will definitely be back for any glass related work that I need done.
Hands down the best place to have your auto glass needs met with superior customer service. My driver side window was damaged over the weekend by a landscaper. I had an initial quote from SafeLite and they told me the soonest they can repair in Fayetteville was in 10 days. I went in Tuesday morning and John and his staff had the MOPAR window arriving the next day. I was quoted 45’ for repair but they had it replaced in less than 30’.
