I have used Allstate for a coupe of years with great success, but the last 2 times that I needed them the service was not there. In December it took almost three weeks to just get someone out to give me an estimate. The communication was terrible and they kept telling me they were going and then never went. Today we had a prearranged important deadline to meet. I was promised that the new windows would be installed first thing this morning. 11:30 and still no windows. I have a friend that works there and referred me to have a chipped windshield repaired for my wife's personal car. They did a fantastic job and I was there less than a half hour. Amazing service, will use again. Highly recommend!!!
