Warehouse is badly managed safety is not there concern. Pallets are hastly stacked and constantly falling. Worked the night shift picking orders. very tight spaces with leaning and often falling pallets stacked 4 high. Saw a fellow co-worker buried in side his forklift as he pulled a pallet stack and another pallet stack behind fell on top of his lift.
