I own a rental property in Miami Beach and tenants said AC was not working, Called Allstate and they did not disappoint, Diego found the issue quick and was able to fix it on the spot, they will be my new AC guys

I contracted Diego and Allstate to replace an air conditioning unit back in 2021 and was impressed by the service so when it was time to replace the duct work I called him back. I don't know what happened in the years since but I am so disappointed that Diego turned out to be less than professional. For one despite presenting themselves as a legit HVAC company, neither Diego nor Allstate cooling appear to be licensed width he DBPR any longer. horrible experience. landlord commissioned allstate with installing a new AC unit for 1br apt. they came twice to inspect. moved to hotel for installation date only to be cancelled on 5 hours AFTER the job was supposed to be started. then rescheduled for a couple days later. they worked on the unit for 5 hours and couldn’t finish the job because they didn’t inspect properly before starting the work. they just left and didn’t bother to set up a mobile unit either. no AC at all for two days. next go-around again a full day of ... read more

installed a brand new unit in 1-bedroom 800sf apt and it stopped working after 10 days. it took them 7x visits to get it installed. currently its 90 degrees in the apt and no one is getting back to us.
