Allstate Contractor Inc installed a 40 year architectural shingle roof and other roof and gutter work for us in 2008. Our contract says we are guaranteed a 15 year labor warranty. I left several messages and no one returned my call. My daughter reached them by calling the 12 year old cell phone number we had been given for the project manager.
