I had contacted Allstate Building Designs after seeing a friends project underway and where my own efforts had hit a wall. (planning a retaining wall and fence along a council boundary with an easement thrown in the mix) Anthony was all over it, liaising with the Council, Water corp, Landgate and his own contacts to figure out what was required.
