Our car broke down and we were towed to Allstate Auto Repair knowing nothing about their company. We were so fortunate to receive such excellent customer service! Juan Guerra and his team worked hard to resolve a difficult issue with our vehicle and went out of their way to accommodate us since we lived 3 hrs away from the location our car broke down. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for quality work and customer service that goes the extra mile! No pun intended.
