I can always be sure that Brittney Snyder will call me back. We met when my Son and I were moving to Jacksonville, Florida. We were driving from New Jersey. We needed Apartment Insurance. We've gone on vacation to San Diego, CA. Called her and needed proof of Insurance for rental car. Had it in less than 10 minutes. She's and her team have always been able help me navigate the things I've needed as it comes up. We have known each other now for 9 years this August. Best call I've ever made! Thank you.
I hate paying these guys almost $400 a month and they act like they and never help me with anything. I got a flat tire in Miami (on the highway) at 12am. I pay extra for roadside assistance. And they couldn’t even get me someone to help me put my doughnut on. Then I go rear ended by a run away car and they want me to pay $500 to fix it. I have collision coverage for what?….. never in my life had problems with Allstate before moving here to Florida…. What am I giving you $400 a month for if you can’t even fix my problems.
