The customer service is friendly, etc. The price was slighly higher when I changed from a different company. Now, that I will not agree to have a device attached to my car, my premiums are increasing SIGNIFICANTLY. Two issues I have with this: 1) I have no interest in anyone "tracking" my car-my driving record speaks for itself 2) I simply CANNOT AFFORD any increases in my budget.

My experience was painless. I had always avoided the task of switching insurance companies due to the long drawn out process. But, with Allstate, that was not the case. All of my questions during the initial application process were answered within that day or the next. The agent was very responsive and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the initial process of changing insurance and customer service so far.
