I only gave this 5 stars because the agent that is her office a gentleman takes good care of me .Lauren is my agent for a long time,UNFORTUNATELY I have not dealt or seen with her a long time. She gets commission from my accounts only because she is my invisible AGENT. I like dealing in person with her. I pay my insurance bills at the Allstate Insurance office on Rte. 31/ Spencerport Road in the town of Gates. Twice a month I go to that office to pay the bills and ask questions I have about our coverage, etc. I am always assisted by Larry or Stephanie. They are two of the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable agents you could ever work with. They always offer a pleasant greeting, take care of my business efficiently and engage in friendly conversation with me, no matter what they are doing when I enter their office. T... read more

At first I was extremely satisfied and would have recommended this company highly. That is no longer the case. I am experiencing severe financial hardship and my insurance accidentally lapsed. Upon calling and all but begging for assistance, I was denied because their policy is that they only reinstate customers who have been customers for 10, yes 10 years!! The fact that I have absolutely no income at the moment due to medical issues mattered not. I absolutely do not recommend this insurance company at all. I am extremely d... read more
