Smacked a bug on my windshield while driving which cause it to spider crack. These guys had all sorts of windows as other shops would had to wait till the next day. They got me back on the road the same day.
Vali was honest and real. There was a slight Issue with my original window repair but, he worked hard to create a solution. I appreciate his constant effort to get the job done and very direct communication with customers. Just make sure you call in advance to have your glass ordered/ confirmed on-site.
so my car got broken into this morning and I had court the same morning so I didn’t really have time to look for a place that could repair my window for me the same day that’s where I found Allstate Ottawa glass. Very happy with my experience here! Their price was about half of their main competitors *cough cough Safelite* for a windshield replacement on a 2018 VW Atlas. They had me in and out of their waiting in 2 hours, and the quality of their workmanship is top notch. I hope I don't have to replace another windshield, but I will come back here if I ever do.
