Fast and friendly service. Technician was great.
The repair man was excellent. The man who took my reservation and help me with the insurance company was helpful and nice! The rating is for the customer service I received from the person who took a message on Friday 9/25 and gave it Michelle and her not returning my phone call! That is not professional. The guy who did the job scratched up all around the windshield. When i calles to report him the office said the scratches pre existed the installation and said i was lying. Terrible PR. Still considering action...
