I was thinking twice about using this company because of previous ratings but I'm I used them very professional and very honest . I don't think I would ever use anybody else. I had a problem with my kitchen aid refrigerator they came and did a diagnose got the part and fix it right the first time . I would recommend this company to anybody their professionalism and integrity goes a long way .
Washing machine over flowed so I called these guys. $50 later they tell me nothing's wrong and that I probably it too much soap in..... Really? Next day it over floods again. I called to get them to come back. He was very apologetic but never showed up. Now I have a washer full of wet clothes that won't drain. Time to call Reasonable Appliance Company. Bad business.
We scheduled an appointment for Monday because our situation wasn't an emergency, and they forgot. I missed a half day of work when I didn't need to because their staff didn't get to my house until almost 6:30 pm. The appointment was scheduled for between 1 pm and 5 pm. They didn't have the part, but told me if they ordered it right away, they would have it the next day. I told them to go ahead and order the part.
