Thought I had hit the jackpot. Friendly, inexpensive insurance with quick response time… until it came time to renew. Our e policy and e bill discounts had disappeared, and to get then back I had to pay our now astronomical bill, then maybe they could reinstate the discount and Id get a refund. Obviously that didnt happen (silly me… trusting an insurance agent!) then THEN i got a collections bill from them after we had switched insurance companies! Never got a bill (so I had ebilling after all??? Then where is my discount?) ... read more
