I'm very disappointed in Our Delano office. They don't remember what they tell you and the story changes everytime. I've been with them for 6 years or more and they've sent a bill to collections that I'm currently paying them for and that I dont feel I owe them. I called and canceled my insurance with them when they went in my account and took a little over a third of my monthly income because the in surance went up and they swear I didn't canceled it when I contacted them when I got notice.
